I had an absolutely wonderful time last night. At times it was like I was sitting at a table of people I hadn't seen in years. It's so exciting to meet other witches and I'm very happy that everyone wants to come back.
I recommended the book "Wicca A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham- it's wonderful. The other book is by Rae Beth and is called "The Wiccan Path A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner". That is the book of letters that tell two new witches about the wheel of the year. Another book I love, also by Cunningham, is Earth, Air, Fire, & Water. It's about natural magic and gives loads of ideas for very simple spells and rituals. Some of the ideas are things that can be done very spontaneously and without the need of tools. Now, I love my cauldron, candles, inscence, wand, the list goes on and on. But this book is great for learning how to do some things without those aids. It would be great for beginning witches who may not have many tools and for anyone who wants to be able to practice spontaneously.
Again, I was honored to have met everyone and I look forward to seeing you all again.
